The classes are always easy to follow but has challenging elements at the same time. It's always fun working out with others too which is a bonus”

“This journey will not be easy if it wasn't for you. I am so grateful to have you guide and lead me throughout this journey. Before I just go to work comeback eat and sleep but to found this programme it bring me to life. To know that there is tomorrow for my kids and family. I gain new way of life and to get active. First of all to loose weight but most importantly is to have healthy body to be there for my 6 children when they grew up. I just want to thank you for being the best. Pushing me through 28 days and now I want to keep going. Doing it on my own is nothing but joining the team it keeps me motivated to keep going eventhough my body is not showing more but I Can feel it as iam lighter easy to move here and there and as I always say to my husband I did not eat 1 or 2 days to put on weight so it doesn't take 1 or 2 days to loose them 🤣🤣. “I am so glad I made the decision to join the "Home Sweat Home" boot camp.

From the start, the communication from Danielle was fantastic. All of my questions and concerns were answered and validated. My first class was a huge success! I felt confident, supported & encouraged by not only Danielle but the team she has established.

The workout was just the right amount of intensity and variety for me as a beginner. There are plenty of days & times to choose from along with multiple locations. I felt comfortable to ask for help and adapt my workout where needed as I've recently had knee surgery. I have found the Facebook page and WhatApp group to be the extra level of support outside of the workout. I am held accountable by sharing my daily meal photos and checking in with Danielle. I look forward to the next 3 weeks of the 28 day challenge and beyond.”

“Starting the 28 day challenge with Danielle was a great start to hop onto the getting healthy train. It’s been almost 3 months that I have been training with her and I can say no two days are the same (she definitely likes to even out the pain 🤣).

“I have really loved joining Danielle’s Bootcamp and 28 day challenge, after having my first child and falling off the wagon with exercise it has really given me the kickstart I needed to get back on track with weightloss, getting fitter and living a healthier lifestyle. Her workouts are fun, challenging and never the same each session. The challenge has been great as it’s given me accountability and goals to work towards each week. I have also loved the mini challenges Danielle sets each week as it gives you the chance to get rewarded! “I have always been someone who is quite keen on fitness and stayed fairly active throughout my life. However, I had my first baby in September 2021 and since then, my fitness has really taken a bit of a nose dive (which I’m totally ok with, my boy is my priority 😊) however I thought it was time to start taking care of myself again and have been training with Danielle coming up a month. It is SO great to be back into it and I can already feel my stamina improving again. The classes are very much suitable for any fitness level, there is so much variety and it’s very team focused which means you get a great workout, but the social inclusion as well.
