What’s included
The more the merrier, if you aren’t quite ready for a 1-to-1 personal training session and you have a friend joining you on your fitness journey, why not book a session together! My group sessions are available for groups of 2-4 so everyone can achieve their goals together. The benefits of my group sessions include:

Group sessions are $40 per person for each 60 minute session.
*A minimum of 2 people is required

The best part of Home Sweat Home is that we can train where ever is the most convenient for you, whether that be in the comfort of your own home or in the outdoors - we can work it in to suit your busy schedule.
